Palestinian President Abbas Travels to Turkey to Honor Terrorists

December 23, 2011

Earlier this week, Palestinian Authority President, Mahmoud Abbas (the so-called moderate and partner for peace), travelled all the way to Turkey to meet with the terrorists banished there as part of the Gilad Shalit Swap Deal. One of the terrorists he met with was Amna Muna (Mona Juad Awana) – a terrorist who enticed a 16 year old Israeli teenager under false pretence and lured him to his execution – he was shot 15 times at close range. Muna is refered to by Israel’s Prime Minister’s office as Terrorist Temptress and her actions of deliberately seducing and planning the death of Ofir Rahum should have earned her more than nine years in jail.

But it doesn’t seem like Abbas shares this notion. In fact, not only has he travelled to Turkey especially just to meet terrorists, but in stand of being horrified by their actions, instead of condemning it, calling it for the repugnant immoral despicable act that it is, he made efforts to honor the terrorists. To treat them with respect. Almost admiration. Promising, as he always does, to free all the heinous killers captured and trialed by Israel.

Freed terrorists Amna Muna and Palestinian President, Mahmoud Abbas, in their meeting this week in Turkey

This of course is not news. Abbas is building the West Bank (seeing as he has no control over the Gaza Strip in over four years now) as a future terror-honoring (and somewhat worshipping) state. Streets and squares are named to honor the most heinous of killers. Freeing killers is one of his favorites subjects when talking about the Palestinian cause (of course, should Israel ever think of releasing Jewish people who attacked Palestinians he would be outraged!) and both himself and his government refused to condemn the Fogel Family Massacare last March (where two Palestinian knived five members of the same family, including a 4 months old baby), and simply called it “unhelpful to the Palestinian cause today”.

Abbas, the so-called partner for peace, is also investing alot of money in building the freed terrorists homes in the West Bank. The same Abbas who threatens he has no money and if the United States and Israel would withhold grants, donations and transfers of taxes, his faction would fall completely apart.

Muna herself was originally supposed to be banished to the Gaza Strip, instead of returning to her home in the West Bank. But at the last minute, after crossing the border to Egypt, she begged the Red Cross to not let her be sent to the Gaza Strip and refused to get on the bus. A tortuer of Hamas female prisoners in Israeli prisons, and a secular woman about to enter an extreme Islamic regime, she asked to be banished abroad rather than the Gaza Strip – which is another testimony to the fact that there lives two completely seperate Palestinian entities in the region (one in the strip and one in the west bank). Muna was finally deported to Turkey, where she lives now. As she arrived, she told the press that (in parapharsing:) “Inshallah, we’ll return to the ways of resistance and help the land of Palestine”.

What about her act was helpful to anyone, especially a Palestinian state, and what about her act shows resistance is beyond me? But twisted logic is probably reserved to the truely twisted.

Gilad Shalit Prisoner Swap Deal: Last 550 Palestinian Prisoners Released

December 18, 2011

It has been exactly two months since October 18th 2011, when Gilad Shalit ended 1,940 days in captivity. On that day, 477 terrorists where released from Israeli prisons. Today, the second and final part of that swap deal comes to an end with the release of another 550 Palestinian prisoners, bringing the total numbers of prisoners released to a whooping 1,027.

Though the first batch consisted of the most heinous, horrible, despicable kind of terrorists (the kind that pride and joy in killing innocent children, the kind that didn’t even wait 48 hours since their release to encourage children to choose the path of violence and terror), the majority of the second batch consists of Palestinians that were about to be released in the following years to begin with (Unlike Shalit who was captured, Palestinian prisoners withstand trial, sentencing and a definite verdict in Israel). They were mostly incarcerated for criminal activity such as car theft and the likes of it.

An undeniable number of of those released in the second batch are of course terrorists as well. Some only performed “minor” terror acts, Some were caught in the last minute, some were planning to put explosives or send suicide bombers and so on. For instance, among them you can find Talal Nasan who in 2001 confessed to placing explosives and performing a “shooting terror attack”, Darvish Dadar that took part in the 2002 Jerusalem’s King George Street Bombing that killed three people and many more.

The families of some of the prisoners that are to be released tonight, are waiting for them near the checkpoint in Ramallah, at the current time throwing stones at Israeli soldiers (supposedly protesting the release taking place late at night and not in broad daylight).

In the next few hours, the exchange will be completed – 1,027 prisoners have been released in exchange for one Israeli soldier.

And this is also a good opportunity to checkin and see what happened to both Gilad Shalit himself and the region since his release two months ago.
Since he’s release, Shalit has spent most of his time with his family. He underwent surgey in his hand for injuries he sustained during his abduction and was maltreated for. In a short appearance last week, during footage from a meeting with the mayor of Rome (who awarded Shalit with an honorary citizen status years ago), Gilad Shalit could have been seen better – getting more exposure to sun, looking less pale and less skinny. By all [psychical] indications, he’s returning to normal.

And as for the region? Same old, Same old. Since Shalit’s release, 88 rockets have been fired at Israel’s population (and caused injures, including one death). Hamas has just last week celebrated the many deaths he is responsible for and called for a joined all-out war of the Arab and Muslim world against Israel. Both Hamas in Gaza and Fatah in the West Bank have offered grants and announced special buildings and houses by the governments to the released prisoners. The unity between Hamas and Fatah is more farcical than ever (joined release of Palestinian prisoners by these factions are only done in words, never in actions for the time being) and the Palestinian continue in their refusal to sit down or consider negotiations, a peace deal or anything with Israel, until one-sided demands for the negotiations will be met. Like I said – Same old, Same old.

The Killers Freed For GILAD: Aziz Salha

October 22, 2011

The Killers Freed For GILAD is an account of only a handful of terrorists and murders Israel is freeing in order to save one life – the life of Gilad Shalit.

Aziz Salha was freed last Tuesday in a swap deal for Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit. He was deported to Gaza where he was crowned a hero, hugged as a role model. Salha’s crime however is hardly that of a hero – it is despicable, horror and almsot inhuman.

Aziz Salha is one of the most famous killers in Israel – not by his name, but by his photo. The same one displayed above. His look of joy and contentment, his bloody hands displayed to the crowd is a turning point for many Israeli in the way they view the Palestinians, and the chance for real peace with them. His actions, though not committed alone, recieved the very just title of The Ramallah Lynching.

On October 12, 2000, two Israeli reserve forces soldiers, acting as drivers not combatants (not that anyone cared), took a wrong turn and entered Ramallah. Whereas other soldiers have been redirected before, the two were detained by the Palestinian Authority and taken to a police building nearby. In Ramallah, the word of the Israelis there spread quickly. In a short while, hundreds and more of enraged Palestinians surrounded the building, demanding the soldiers would be killed. They eventually broke into the building, and took the two reserve forces soldiers. What next transpired could not be simply called a killing or even a murder. I don’t think there is a word to describe it, not even lynching.

The reserve forces soldiers were Vadim Nurzhiz and Yossi Avrahami.

I attempt not to find and post their pictures here becuase I am genuinely afriad of what I may find – in 11 years, I have managed to not see the pictures of their bodies quickly posted online.

When Salha  and other Palestianians stormed the building they:

They beat them.

They Stabbed them.

They gouged they eyes.

They dissected them – their bowls, livers and so on displayed to the angry mob.

They threw one dead, disembowleded, gouged body out the window where the mob continued to step on it, to stab it more.

They set one stabbed, disembowleded, gouged body on fire.

They carried their bodies to Al-Manara square and celebrated.

Aziz Salha was arrested in 2001. He confessed to choking one soldiers as the other beat them. He confessed that when he hands were bloody, he stepped out into the window and displayed them for glory. In 2004, he was sentenced to life in prison. In 2011, he was freed in a swap deal. Crowned a hero, stamped a freedom-fighter, handed as a role model to children.

The Killers Freed For Gilad: Wafa al-Biss encourages children to blow themselves up

October 19, 2011

The Killers Freed For GILAD is an account of only a handful of terrorists and murders Israel is freeing in order to save one life – the life of Gilad Shalit.

Wafa al-Biss was freed yesterday, Tuesday, in a swap deal for Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit. She was immediately crowned as a hero and was welcomed back to her family in Gaza, after serving barely half of her sentence – a mere six years out of 12.

Fortunetaly, al-Biss did not manage to kill anyone. This is why her sentence was relatively low. She was caught at an Israeli checkpoint in 2005 on her way to be treated in an Israeli hospital with explosives sewn into her underwear. Her plan was to go to the Israeli hospital where she was being treated, just like many other Palestinians, the Soroka hospital in Be’er Sheva, and blew herself up in the hospital.

It should be cleared – the injuries al-Biss was treated for were not related to the army or to the conflict, but to an accident that occurred in her home. Nevertheless, should she have been injured as a result of the conflict, she was being treated by Israel, the so-called offender who offered her excellent medical service, much better than she could have received by the Palestinian Authority. While being handed a branch of olive, she chose to drown it in blood.

Yesterday she was released. Today she stood in a Gaza schoolroom, an elementary schoolroom no less, and encouraged children to opt for war, bloodshed and death. “I hope you will walk the same path we took and God willing, we will see some of you as shahids.” Shahid is of course the Muslim term for a martyr – someone who sacrafices his life for the greater good. This is of course a distortion – the sacrafice she’s encouraging isn’t for a greater good but a perpetuated war that refuses peace and dialogue. The children in turn, taught that she’s a hero, cheered.

Speaking to the kids, al-Biss claimed that she was actually planning to blow herself up in the checkpoint (where many other Palestinians walk everyday) and that she wasn’t caught but that the detonator malfunctioned. She of course regrets not killing anyone, vowed to try again, and again – encouraged the children to follow suit.

The Killers Freed For GILAD: Ahlam Tamimi

October 19, 2011

The Killers Freed For GILAD is an account of only a handful of terrorists and murders Israel is freeing in order to save one life – the life of Gilad Shalit.

Ahlam Tamimi was freed yesterday, Tuesday, in a swap deal for Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit. Embraced with hugs, treated as a hero. First in Egypt than in Jordan, to where she was “deported” (seeing as her family lives in Jordan, deportation from the West Bank seems kind of an empty word).

Ahlam Tamimi was both a student in the West Bank and a journalist. She abused her journalistic privileges to roam Jerusalem freely, scouting for a location and driving a suicide bomber to his destination where he killed 15 people.

The location she chose was a branch of Italian fast-food chain, Sbaroo, where families ate with their children. Innocent people, innocent children.

She drove 22 year old Izz al-Din Shuheil al-Masri as he was carrying a guitar case filled with over 5 kilograms of explosives and metals. In an interview, she said that on the way he asked her if there were plenty of “extreme Jews” in the restaurant. They both seemed to interrupt religious Jews, as oppose to seculars, are automatically extreme, whatever that means. She of course neglected to mention, for instance, 18 year old Tehila Maoz who was not religious but simply working there as a summer job. She died in the explosion.

In an interview, when asked if she feels any remorse for her actions or the lives she took, Tamimi laughed and answered “No. Why?”. Her demeanor clearly showed she meant “why should I?”.
In another interview, she took joy when a reporter told her exactly how many children died in the attack she planned and took part in executing.

Yesterday, after about a decade in prison for her part in the death of 15 human beings (an attack that also wounded 130 people), five of which were memebrs of the same family, she was freed. A role model for Palestinians, a hero, a so-called freedom-fighter.

Gilad Shalit in Israel, Met His Parents For the First Time after 1940 days

October 18, 2011

After being carried by Hamas military officials and interviews in Egypt, Gilad Shalit has finally returned to Israel and more importantly has finally met his family for the first time in over five years and four months – 1940 days to be exact.

While the released prisoners in Gaza take part in celebrations and rallies, Shalit is receiving medical attention. During captivity, his injury during abduction was maltreated, he was denied glasses for his eyes, and he is suffering from vitamin D deficiency and malnutrition. He is not well – very pale, very thin, and felt nausea during a short helicopter ride to meet his family. Though his weak health, he is been released home to the care of his family.

Finally, Israel itself had a chance to see and photograph him. Here are some official pictures taken with his return home:

At this point, personally I am trying to stay clear of the venom being spewed on the other side, on a day where the moderates speak as the extremists, and terror is being celebrated, honored and cherished. At these hours, today, I myself am once again ecstatically happy to be on the side that cherishes LIFE.

Gilad Shalit FINALLY Free!!!

October 18, 2011

This morning, the first part of the prisoners swap deal to free Gilad Shalit from Hamas’ captivity has been completed – Gilad Shalit has been freed and has returned to Israel, to his family!!!

Shalit Family waiting for chopper early morning, photo by: Adrian Habershtein. Other Photos from Official Egyptian TV

27 female prisoners and additional 450 prisoners, the worst of the total 1,000 terrorists release, have been released from Israeli prisons to Egypt. Shalit has been handed to Egypt and from there to Israel. The picture at the bottom of the above batch is from an interview the Egyptian TV has conducted with Shalit. As you can see Gilad Shalit seems very white, very pale.

Today is an ambivalent day in Israel – the joy of the long-awaited released of Gilad Shalit is mixed for the sorrow of so many heinous killers, despicable murderers freed. It’ll make even harder with the hero welcome they’ll receive when they arrive at Gaza and the West Bank. Medals will be awarded for the premeditated, planned and desired death of so many people, so many innocents, so many children. 559 Israelis have been killed by the terrorists freed today! They will be declared heroes, so-called “freedom fighters”, in ceremonies vowing the continued war, jihad, death, bloodshed and illegal abductions. It’ll be done out of the desire to annihilate Israel – this is not an issue of borders, but an issue dating back to the very existence of Israel.

There are those who dare foolishly and ignorantly compare between Shalit and the despicable murders released today. Well, first of all, I’ve already given a small account (and will continue to do so) of what these people did. What pride and joy they take in the lives they so violently took. If you’ll try to find Israeli soldiers who committed acts similar to these, you’ll come up short. The few bad apples you’ll find, you’ll see they were arrested, trialed and condemned, outcast from society for their actions. They are not embraced by the consensus. Their actions are not taught to children, they are not role models. No streets or squares are named after them.

Moreover, You will not be able to link Shalit himself to any “crime against the Palestinian people”, other than the fact he was an Israeli soldier. Claims of occupation or ridiculous Shalit was captured 10 months after Israel’s disengagement from Gaza (the unilateral withdrawal). His abduction occurred in a cross-border patrol, on Israel’s territory. Israel handed the entire Gaza Strip to the Palestinians, who chose to continue fighting, continue terror. The blockade on the Gaza Strip was first imposed after Shalit’s abduction, partly as a result of the abduction.

THIS ABDUCTION WAS AN ACT COMMITTED BY THOSE DEDICATED TO WAR AND BLOODSHED, REFUSING TO EVEN THINK ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF PEACE OR DIALOGUE.

And one last note about the Egyptians – I personally am sincerely outraged by the media circus they’ve done. While Shalit has been handed to them to hand to Israel, to his family, he was interviews. The questions clearly show that they wanted to hear something along the linesEgypt made it happen – Egypt it great!”. This was a cynical use of young man who has already been through enough. After over five years and four months that he has been held away from his family with no contact to them or anyone in his life, after over FIVE YEARS that he has been held incommunicado, not even been given one visit from any humanitarian organization or more specifically the Red Cross this little “time out” for an interview while they have him, even if time allowed it, the airing of his pictures and interviews first, before even the Israeli public who fought and made the biggest sacrifice imaginable for his release has a chance to see him or hear from their own officials is simply rude. True, Egypt deserves a lot of the credit and praises for this deal coming into fruition and for Shalit’s return home. By this kind of cynical use, in my opinion, is truly despicable.

But that simply falls short on a day where you are able to shout out into the air: WELCOME HOME, GILAD SHALIT!

The Killers Freed For GILAD: Mahmoud Qassem

October 17, 2011

The Killers Freed For GILAD is an account of only a handful of terrorists and murders Israel is freeing in order to save one life – the life of Gilad Shalit.

Mahmous Qassam will be freed this coming Tuesday from prison in a swap deal for Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit. He will walk after serving less than a decade, proud of no less than Eight terror attacks he had a hand in – for none of which he shows any kind of remorse.

As of now, at the time these lines are being written, Qassem has received yet another private and personal visit from the Red Cross just yesterday (as did all 1,027 released prisoners). One of many visits he got since being arrested, one of out many in the past five years. As of now, at the time of writting these lines, Gilad Shalit has not received even one such visit from the Red Cross.

Three of the eight terror attacks he organized and who collectively took the lives of dozens of innocent people – some Israelis, some foreigners (and even some Israeli Arabs) are:

Café Moment, Jerusalem
On Match 9th, 2002, a suicide bomber entered a coffee shop in Jerusalem, Café Moment. At 10:23 PM, the suicide bomber detonated his explosive belt, destorying the coffee shop completely and taking the lives of 11 innocent people. 10 people were critically injured. The total number of injured were 54 people.
In an interview inside Israeli prison, the planner of the this horrific attack boasted his instructions to the suicide bomber to detonate inside the coffee shop, because “we knew there were people sitting outside, but we knew there were more people inside.” (emphasis added by Ori Lentzitzky).

Rishon Lezion Pool Club
On May 7th, 2002, at 11:03 PM, a suicide bomber detonated a bomb inside a crowded Pool-table club in the city of Rishon Lezion. The club was packed with people. It was estimated that the bombs (one in a briefcase and one around his belt) a little more than 7 kilograms, not including sharp objects and metals.
15 innocent people died in the explusion, 55 were injured.

“Frank Sinatra” Cafeteria, Hebrew University of Jerusalem
On July 31th, 2002, Qassem himself placed a bomb in the middle of the crowded cafeteria in Jerusalem’s University. At the dense cafetria, as he watched hundreds of innocent people, some of them even Arabs and foreigners, he coldheartely placed a breifcase containing a bomb and activated it from afar.
The explousion injured over 100 people and killed 9 innnocent people, most of them American citizens studying at Jerusalem. The bombing is also known as the “Hebrew University Massacare”.
Among those wounded were Israelis (Jews and Arabs), Americans and three South Koreans.
Following the bombing, Hamas orchestrated a massive celebration in the streets.

In only three of the terror attacks Qassem has a hand in, he’s responsible for the death of 35 people. For his part in their gruesome and violent death, he paid less than a decade in prison.

The Killers Freed For GILAD: Hussam Badran

October 16, 2011

The Killers Freed For GILAD is an account of only a handful of terrorists and murders Israel is freeing in order to save one life – the life of Gilad Shalit.

Hussam Badran, will be freed this coming Tuesday in a swap deal for Israeli soldier held Gilad Shalit. He will walk scot-free, having paid a very small number of years in prison for the countless lives he took part in taking. He is the “proud” terrorist who sent and aided three different other terrorists, suicide bombers.

Hussam Badran sent them to their demise in the hopes of taking as many innocent men, women and children with them. Only Israeli, only Jewish. That was the target. He took part in some of the most gruesome and horrifying terror attacks against Israeli civilians to this day.

Dolphinarium Discotheque, Tel Aviv
On June 1st, 2001, a suicide bomber activated his explosive belt on a early night outside a packed Israeli dance club on a Friday night. Eye-witnesses told he walked around a minute or so before among the crowded people awiting to get in, tuanting them, saying in Hebrew “something is going to happen.” He denotated his belt, killing 17 teenagers on the spot. Four more died later of injuries in hospitals. 120 people were injured.
Due it’s nature, the area outside the club was packed with teenagers. Most of them were of Russain decent, due to the event at the club that particular night.
11 of the victims were aged 16 years old or younger.

Sbrarro Restaurant, Jerusalem
On August 9th, 2001,  at exactly 02:01 PM, a suicide bomber from Janine, detonated his explosive belt inside a crowded small-spaced Italian Restaurant in the heart of Jerusalem. 15 people died, 132 injured. The bomb, over 5 kilograms of explosives by itself, also contained many nails and sharp objects added to the suffering of the injured and to the fatalities.
Five members of the same family, Schijveschuurder, were killed. Two surviving members of that family were critically injured.
A Palestinian Jouranlist who used her privileges to scout for the location and who drove the suicide bomber to the scene, Ahlam Tamimi, would also be released this Tuesday.
7 victims were aged 16 years old or younger. Two tourists, one from USA and one from Brazil, died in this attack.

“The Passover Massacare”: Park Hotel, Netanya
On March 27th, 2002, a suicide bomber entered the Park Hotel in Netanya on Passover Eve. During Passover eve, many families have gathered in the hotel for celebratory holiday dinner, when the suicide bomber activated his explosive belt in the crowded dinning room. 28 people died on the spot, 2 more died later on. Over 140 people were injured, 20 of them in critical condition.
The eldest casualty was 90 years old. 19 victims were aged 70 years old or older.

The total numbers of people Badran had a hand in their killing over the past decade amounts to 66 !

The Killers Freed For GILAD: Mona Awana

October 15, 2011

The Killers Freed For GILAD is an account of only a handful of terrorists and murders Israel is freeing in order to save one life – the life of Gilad Shalit.

Many of the terrorists who will be freed this coming week from Israeli prisons, in a swap deal for Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit, hide behind these kinds of words. From a proud terrorists to a laundred phrase of “freedom fighter”.  I personally believe, Mona Awana earned the straightforward title of murderer, of killer, even before her conviction in an Israeli court. She may not have pulled the trigger (which fired several times from close range) at 16 year old Ofir Rahum, but she planned and executed his vicious murder.

The Victim: 16 year old Ofir Rahum The Murderer: 25 year old Mona Juad Awana

By her own account, Awana recieved the idea when watching the Ramahalla Lynch (where two reserved forces Israeli soldiers took a wrong turn into Ramallah, were captured by the crowd and viciously lynched to no mercy). She described her feelings of watching the lynch as “being excited”.

Awana began entering chat rooms and talking to teenage Israeli boys with the sole purpose of enticing them. In Rahum’s case, she pretended to be an American tourist named Sally and led 16 year old Rahum to believe she was falling for him. He confessed he was falling for her as well. With the promise of sexual innuendos, she persuaded him to meet her at Jeruslam’s bus station. Their last chat, on January 15th 2001, was:

Ofir: Can you pick me up in the morning from Tel-Aviv?
“Sally”: I can’t. It’s easy to get here from Tel-Aviv with a bus. I’ll wait for you in the central statoin.
Ofir:  I can’t make it by bus. Can we meet in Tel-Aviv?
“Sally”: I’ve already prepared myself for your arrival. Please, Ofir, don’t let me down.
Ofir: You have no idea how much I want to be with you. Please come pick me up from Tel-Aviv. Please, Please.
“Sally”: Ofir, I swear, I can’t. The house is all ready for you. Now let’s talk about our plans. You have condoms?
Ofir: Yeah, I do.
“Sally”: Okay, I have to go. I’m waiting for you on Wedensday. I’ll have wet dreams about you.
Ofir:  I love you.
“Sally”: Me to, Ofir. You don’t know how much i’m looking forward to Wedensday. I love you, my dear.
Ofir: I loooooovvvvvveeeeee Yoooooooouuuuuuuuuu!

When they met, Awana convinced him to get into a car with her. During that car ride, it became apparant to Ofir Rahum that he’s been kidnapped. His attempts to struggle ended with him being shot dead in that car, at close range, over 15 times.

In 2003, Awana recieved a life sentence in Israeli prison. In 2011, less than a decade after she not only planned and executed, but also chatted Ofir Rahum, gained his trust and lured him to his death, she will be freed. A hero in his society, no less. During her investigation, she used to torment the investigators and staff by imitating Rahum’s shouts for help, as if this was nothing more than a sick game. Calling for help and his “mommy”, she continued to laugh.

Barely nine years in prison, Awana will be freed this coming Tuesday. Why? Because of another terror attack that put Israel in a position to make a choice – free the likes of her or sacrafice one single life. In the choice between life and justice, life of a known victim is the constant winner for Israel.
